Terms

Requirements:
The Client is responsible for the adequate preparation of the Property. These preparations include cleaning of all the spaces, cleaning of the pool, cutting of the lawn, removing vehicles from the driveway, and removing any personal items from view. It is Client's obligation to prepare the Property before the arrival of the Photographer. In no event, will the Photographer be liable for inadequate presentation of the Property. In the event Photographer arrives and the property is not adequately prepared, Photographer will provide the option to shoot the Property in its actual condition or charge a one-time fee of $50.

Delivery:
The Photographer grants to deliver digital Property photographs, in a resolution adequate to meet the requirements of the MLS; 2400 pixels on the long edge, in JPEG format, to Client no more than 2 days after the shoot. For video, iGuide 360 tours, and Floorplans ordered, Photographer will deliver no more than 2 days after the shoot.

The Photographer will send photos in low resolution for review. The Client will notify Photographer within 2 business days if the photos are suitable for their needs or if they have other requests. After the final payment, the Client will be provided with a link to download full resolution Photographs and Videos.

For exterior drone photography: In the event the weather is unfavorable, a reschedule may be necessary.
